I am a certified coach, organization development consultant and attorney with over twenty five years of experience helping business leaders create sustained, positive change. I have a proven track record of partnering with executives and managers to design change innovations that achieve business outcomes.
One of my greatest strengths is my understanding of human and group dynamics. I specialize in leadership development through one-on-one coaching, leadership training, and facilitated retreats for management teams.
