Steve Sphar is a seasoned organization development consultant and attorney with over twenty five years of experience advising business leaders and facilitating sustained, positive change. He has a proven track record of partnering with executives and managers to articulate business outcomes and design change interventions.
Steve's strength is his understanding of human and group dynamics. He specializes in leadership development through one-on-one coaching, leadership training, and facilitated retreats for management teams.
Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He lives in Sacramento, California.
He is experienced in using assessment tools, including surveys, focus groups, interviews and 360 degree feedback instruments. Steve has the following certifications:
